Angel investors invest in people as much as anything else, and a round of golf is a great way to get to know a person. Perhaps even better than a rehearsed presentation or elevator pitch.

The cart pairings put two investors together and two entrepreneurs together in each foursome. Every six holes, the entrepreneur carts move back one group. This ensures maximum exposure while limiting disruption of play as much as possible.

At the end of the round, there is an open seating table with refreshments and continued networking

The objective of this format is to maximize the connections between investors and entrepreneurs while shielding the investors from a 4 hour, 18 hole pitch from the same entrepreneur.  Hopefully, this format will also enable friendships between the investors and entrepreneurs who ride together.
